GrandPa Condition was Getting Wost!!!
Last Weekend (4/4 - 5/4)
Follow mum back to my Grandpa house, When i saw grandpa.. (My heart from the scale mood Happy drop to Depress)
(Before) :) >>>>> :( (After)
He was lying on the wooden chair with the medical gas breathing equipment that need to take in the gas every two hours..
Due to smooking too much that cause this lung failure...
He was getting Skinner and Skineer... and He keep on saying with tears "I can't leave yet, i can't put down my wife"
I can feel the pain in my grandma heart whenever my grandpa said "This Words"
I try to spend most of my weekend to visit my Grandpa...
-God Bless my Grandpa-

Good Example of Bad Creative Design
BLue Ocean Strategy (BOS)

Red: Compete in existing market
Blue: Create uncontested market
Red: The industry structure conditions are given and firms are forced to compete within them
Blue: Market boundaries and industries can be reconstructed by the actions and beliefs in industry players
Red: Beat the competition
Blue: Make the competition irrelevant
Red: Make the value/cost trade off
Blue: Break the value/cost trade off
Red: Align the whole company's activities with its strategic choice of differentiation OR low cost
Blue: Align the whole company's activities in pursuit of differentiation AND low cost
For those who understand Chinese, think of the idiom that taught us
寧為小廟住持, 莫為大廟撞鐘.
Doesn't that sound familiar ?
Well, still do not quite understand what is BOS?
Here is a specific example.
Toyota broke away from the middle class brand image by introducing Lexus for up-market. It is now claimed eating into Mercedes Benz market and car enthusiasts are comparing Mercedes and Lexus
Introduce some GOOD books

You hear it right, the Pike Place Fish where work is fun; is the World No. 1 fish market you can watch the employees are put on stage showing how they fly/toss fishes from one counter to the other. They serve their customers happily and ensure customers come back all the times.
Being the World No. 1 fish market in Seattle, it also went high-tech to publish the operation via internet. You can visit http://www.blogger.com/www.pikeplacefish.com to view its website, find out how they create a happy work place, and how they institutionalized happy working habit into their culture.
There is no other workplace as stink as fish market, but employees in Pike Place Fish were able to turn the stink fish market into happy and warm workplace. It all boils down to one word, yes... ATTITUDE.
When you complain a company has 'no system', 'not practice professionally' ... then you'd better look back and define what actually you are looking for.You can always transform your workplace as described in the 'Fish Tales'.
